Our new playground was installed this past summer 2018 at our neighborhood community of Greenview.  Finding the best company took a little bit of research and time.  With all the prompt returned phone calls and visits from Brenton Yost and the quality of materials that PlayMark, Inc. provided, it clearly was the company we wanted to have build our new playground.  The children in our community absolutely love it and we look forward to years of enjoyment!

I have been working with PlayMark, Inc. for almost 20 years. PlayMark, Inc. is much more than a playground installer. They excel at providing a comprehensive approach to the entire amenity package within residential and commercial developments. Keith and Brian are able to provide multiple options to fit within the specific development budget. I have had the pleasure of working with PlayMark, Inc. and Keith Lively for more than 14 years. During my employment at Lake Linganore in New Market, Maryland, PlayMark, Inc. installed a beautiful tot lot geared to 3 to 5 and 5 to 12-year-olds. Prior to construction they had to remove the existing equipment and correct drainage issues. Their customer service and professionalism were unparalleled. The new tot lot was featured in their catalog.

In 2012 I took the position of Community Manager with the Lakelands Community Association in Gaithersburg, Maryland and was fortunate to continue to work with Keith and PlayMark, Inc. We have had to add mulch to five of our tot lots twice over the past six years. Not only did PlayMark, Inc. give us a great price, they are the only company that I have found who will blow the mulch in to give a fluffy look. This extra service is indicative of the expertise I have come to expect from PlayMark, Inc.

Over the years PlayMark, Inc. has always been very responsive to my calls and makes repairs on equipment quickly. I look forward to continuing to work with them for many years to come.

PlayMark, Inc. has been the preferred provider and installer of Tot Lots and Exercise equipment for the entire time that I have been at St. Charles.  What I appreciate the most is that Keith and Brian understand the importance of a complete scope of work, a fixed priced, and a defined schedule.  On many occasions Brian has toured the community in anticipation of me needing a tot lot and has proactively contacted me to get the design and contract underway so that fabrication can meet our installation deadline.  When we have a pad on grade and have provided them with a perimeter stake-out, we simply walk away and know that when the PlayMark, Inc. installation team arrives we will have the finished product that we need with no hassles and no confusion.  They are a valuable part of our team and they eliminate one of the variables that we would otherwise have to deal with when developing a community with 6,000 remaining lots.

PlayMark, Inc. has installed playground equipment for several of our projects, from new home developments to existing apartment communities.  They also installed benches around our largest apartment community.  Their products enhance the communities and are very well-received by our residents.  Keith and his team provide a high-quality product, work within our budget and deliver great customer service. PlayMark, Inc. is our go-to resource for playgrounds and other outdoor equipment.
